Estia Health in New South Wales is seeking a Permanent Full-time Lifestyle and Leisure professional to join our aged care team from Monday to Friday. You will help create a home residents love by delivering care standards at the highest level.
On a typical day you’ll:
- Build genuine relationships with residents and their families
- Create programs for social, emotional and spiritual fulfilment
- Coordinate group activities
- Set lifestyle goals
- Work closely with the wider support team to meet residents' needs
