About the Role Estia Health Oakleigh East has exciting opportunities for experienced carers to work as Personal Care Worker - Wellbeing (Lifestyle Assistant) on a Casual/Part Time basis.
In this varied and busy role you deliver engaging, fun and varied activities ensuring residents have their best day, everyday.
A key part of your role will be giving personal care and emotional support to residents to ensure they feel valued, safe and maintain strong social connections within the home.
As well as providing some aspects of direct care you will love getting to know the personal interests of our residents and finding engaging, fun and innovative activities that keep them motivated and smiling.
