Provide clinical care, create assessments and care plans, document accurately including AN-ACC and Commonwealth Standards, and support Personal Care Workers with a holistic approach to resident care.
You’ll need a nursing Diploma and current AHPRA registration, plus solid computer and documentation skills, and a real desire to make a difference in residents’ lives.
