We're looking for an eCommerce Project Coordinator to join our eCommerce team and help deliver projects and improvements across some of our leading brands, including Sunglass Hut, OPSM, Ray-Ban, Clearly and Oakley.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to build their career in eCommerce, digital and project coordination, with the opportunity to work across high-profile brands and make a real impact on the online customer experience.
With training and support, you'll work across the project lifecycle - from coordinating requirements and stakeholders through to UAT, release and post-launch support. You'll also use operational data and customer insights to identify opportunities to improve our digital experiences and ways of working.
Please note, this is a 12-month fixed-term contract.
Your Responsibilities
- Coordinate eCommerce projects and initiatives from planning through to go-live, keeping timelines, actions and stakeholders on track.
- Coordinate UAT and release activities, including testing, defect tracking, stakeholder follow-ups and post-launch support.
- Use operational data and customer insights to identify issues and opportunities, and support practical improvements to the customer experience.
- Support operational readiness by coordinating processes, documentation and stakeholder activities for new projects, features and enhancements.
- Prepare project updates and reporting, identifying risks, issues and dependencies to support informed decision-making.
- Work closely with Technology, Digital Product, Customer Care, Retail Operations and Supply Chain teams to deliver successful outcomes.
About You
- 1+ years' experience in eCommerce, digital, project coordination or a related environment.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and keep projects moving.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with confidence working across different teams.
- Strong attention to detail and a structured, solutions-focused approach to problem solving.
- The ability to analyse information, identify issues and turn insights into practical actions.
- A proactive, customer-first mindset with strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel. Experience with UAT, JIRA or digital platforms is advantageous but not essential.
