The role provides mental health occupational therapy across inpatient and outpatient programs and is suited to an OT who enjoys practical, recovery-focused clinical work and both individual and group interventions.

  • Provide sensory modulation, ADL and functional interventions to support regulation, independence and recovery.
  • Contribute to EPC's Whole-Person Recovery Model: Essential, Empowered and Engaged.
  • Work within a trauma-informed, recovery-focused and neurodiversity-affirming approach.
  • Contribute to discharge planning, community linkage, MDT meetings and quality improvement.
  • If the rehabilitation service progresses, contribute to functional assessment, ADL retraining, graded activity and rehabilitation discharge planning.

  • Current AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist.
  • Experience in mental health or rehabilitation occupational therapy.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team.
