· Contribute to EPC's Whole-Person Recovery Model: Essential, Empowered and Engaged.

· Work within a trauma-informed, recovery-focused and neurodiversity-affirming approach.

· Contribute to discharge planning, community linkage, MDT meetings and quality improvement.

· If the rehabilitation service progresses, contribute to functional assessment, ADL retraining, graded activity and rehabilitation discharge planning.
