Role Overview
As the Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our facility.
Your primary objective will be to ensure the efficient and effective management of all sectors of the workshop, from initial assessment to final delivery, while upholding our high standards of quality and service.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of skilled technicians and support staff, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Coordinate workflow and allocate resources to optimise productivity to meet projected deadlines.
- Liaise with insurance providers, suppliers, and all stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations.
- Monitor and control operational costs to ensure profitability and budget compliance.
- Uphold quality assurance measures to guarantee the highest standard of workmanship and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
