Restaurant Events & Reservations Coordinator
You'll be at the heart of the guest journey:
- Managing reservations and event enquiries across the group
- Building strong relationships with guests and creating memorable first impressions
- Partnering with our venue teams to ensure every booking is thoughtfully planned and flawlessly executed.
- Balancing multiple priorities with confidence, precision, and attention to detail
Your working week:
Tuesday to Saturday, with Sunday and Monday to rest, recharge, and reset.
What You'll Bring To The Table
- Previous experience in hospitality, reservations, events, or a similar guest-facing role
- Strong SevenRooms knowledge is highly regarded
- Outstanding communication and organisational skills
- The ability to remain calm, composed, and detail-focused in a fast-paced environment
- A genuine passion for hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach and a willingness to go the extra mile
