Ertech is seeking an experienced Civil Leading Hand for a permanent full-time role on the Heathcote Road Overtaking Lane Project in Sydney. You will lead self-performing crews, coordinate with subcontractors, and deliver earthworks, pavements and drainage to schedule while prioritising safety and quality.
