About The Role
Due to an exciting pipeline of projects, Ertech is currently seeking expressions of interest for a Civil Supervisor. As the Civil Supervisor you will be reporting to the Project Manager and be responsible for leading the work onsite to ensure efficient and effective utilisation of resources.
Other Key Responsibilities Include, But Not Limited To
- Lead site teams to safely deliver projects on time, to quality standards, and within project objectives.
- Drive planning, resource allocation, productivity, and risk management throughout project delivery.
- Foster positive relationships with crews, subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders.
- Communicate effectively and collaborate to achieve successful project outcomes.
- Champion a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with all HSEQ requirements.
To be successful, you will have experience and demonstrate capability in the following
- Proven experience delivering civil projects in WA
- Experience within the land development sector
- White Card
- Ability to obtain and maintain a National Police Clearance
- MUST hold valid Australian Working Rights.
