EQC Institute is growing, and we're looking for an Operational Administration Officer to help lead the team through the next stage.
The role combines operational administration with people leadership. You will keep processes running smoothly, support staff to achieve their KPIs, and report to management on team performance. It suits someone who is highly organised, plans ahead, and is comfortable both recognising strong work and addressing performance when it needs to lift. This is a full time in office role located in the Southport Towers buildings.

- Supervise and support staff in achieving their KPIs
- Be highly organised, and just as capable of getting others organised
- Communicate clearly and report confidently to management
- Plan ahead and manage time well, for yourself and the team
- Be proactive and address problems before they escalat[e]
- Motivate, grow and develop the people around them
- Give credit where it's due and hold the line where it's needed
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail, adaptability and computer proficiency
