EPSA Pacific is seeking a qualified Maintenance Supervisor for our Callide Mine operation in Queensland. You will lead a maintenance team, prioritise safety, manage hazards, and drive reliability and efficiency of mining plant and equipment.
Reporting to the Superintendent, you will coach and develop team members, ensure accurate work-order closeouts, and implement safety plans. You will work with maintenance managers to deliver the maintenance plan and communicate operational issues promptly.
