With a long mine life, not only can you grow with EPSA, but you will also be joining a site that is progressive and keen to drive change and development in what we do.**About the role:**Reporting to the Electrical Engineering Manager, you will:* Lead and guide maintenance activities for site Infrastructure assets including buildings and fixed plant infrastructure.* Project management delivery for fixed and mobile plant assets* Develop minor project schedules, budgets, technical specifications and scopes of work* Coordinate contractor activities related to infrastructure projects delivery.* Manage and develop Minor Projects operational readiness requirements including, Risk Management, maintenance inspections, training and spares requirements* Manage improvement and statutory compliance projects within the Maintenance team.* Effectively contributing as a member of the maintenance leadership team to help deliver department goals and outcomes.We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
