EPL is a highly successful and growing International Freight Forwarding company headquartered in Sydney. We are now looking for avibrant, and hands on, Import Sea Operator to join our expanding team.
This person will be responsible for handling customers sea operations and customer service.
Required tasks include:
liaising with clients, carriers, transport operators, and agents
coordinating customer requests
registeringand tracingshipments
using CargoWise software
providing a high-level of customer service at all times
You must have a minimum of 2years experience in a similar position within the Freight Forwarding / Logisticsindustry and possessattention to detail with excellent written & verbal communication skills (inEnglish).
This role is only available for individuals who have permanent work rights in Australia.
