This position is based in Madison, WI and requires relocation to the area. We recruit nationally and provide financial relocation assistance.
We are seeking exceptional attorneys to join our legal team. You’ll support our ongoing growth as we expand our offerings and enter new global markets. Your primary focus will be on managing complex litigation and counseling on various areas of potential risk, including regulatory, competition, healthcare law and more. You’ll assist in handling and winning multi‑million dollar disputes, minimize risk through proactive counseling, and represent the company in high‑stakes legal proceedings. Additionally, you will work on forging relationships with vendors and industry collaborators, ensuring compliance with existing and developing legal frameworks in the U.S. and abroad. Your level of responsibility will match your skill set and will increase rapidly as you expand your knowledge of our rapidly changing industry.

Qualifications:

- Eye for detail, a creative mind and excellent communication, writing and analytic skills
- Strong academic and professional background JD with experience counseling toward risk mitigation, drafting motions and briefs, taking depositions, conducting oral arguments, leading settlement negotiations, and trying cases.
- Competition and regulatory litigation experience is a plus
