Carpenter

Our client is seeking a skilled and reliable Carpenter to join their growing team delivering high-quality commercial, residential, and strata projects across Sydney. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced tradesperson who takes pride in delivering high-quality workmanship across a range of residential, commercial, and construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Measuring, cutting, shaping, and assembling timber and other construction materials.
• Reading and interpreting plans, specifications, and drawings.
• Installing and repairing doors, frames, windows, partitions, flooring, cabinetry, and other structures.
• Carrying out construction, renovation, and maintenance carpentry works.
• Ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
• Using hand tools, power tools, and woodworking machinery.
• Working collaboratively with supervisors, contractors, and other trades.

Skills and Experience

• Relevant trade qualification in Carpentry or equivalent, preferred, work experience may substitute.
• Proven experience as a Carpenter in residential, commercial, or industrial environments.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Current driver's licence preferred.
• Strong knowledge of workplace health and safety requirements.
