EOS is building our high energy laser weapon capability. The Senior Software Engineer will own the real-time control software architecture for the laser, beam director and enclosure subsystems, and mentor teammates while ensuring safe, reliable operation under time pressure.
You will develop real-time control software in modern C++ on Linux, implement closed-loop tracking, drive sensors and actuators, and establish automated build, test and deployment pipelines for a defence-grade system.
