We're after motivated individuals who aren't afraid of a hard day's work, take pride in what they do, and enjoy being part of a great team.
Whether you've got experience in solar installations or a solid background in construction or roofing, we'd love to hear from you!
What You'll Be Doing
- Assisting with rooftop solar installations, including mounting feet, rails, running cables and installing panels
- Loading and unloading solar panels, equipment and materials
- Preparing job sites and ensuring everything is ready for installation
- Keeping worksites clean, organised and safe
- Working alongside our electricians and installation team to get jobs completed efficiently and to a high standard
- Following all workplace health and safety procedures
What We're Looking For
- Previous construction, roofing or labouring experience essential
- Solar installation experience highly regarded
- Physically fit, comfortable working at heights and outdoors
- Reliable, punctual and hardworking with a positive attitude
- Ability to follow instructions and work well within a team
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills
