We have over 10 years’ experience as an approved provider in Home Care, Veteran’s Community Nursing (DVA) and Disability Support (NDIS) specialising in older clients. Your Role:
- Personal Care: showering, dressing, medication, continence care
- Domestic assistance: Meal preparation, laundry, light household cleaning
- Social Support/Transportation: travelling to medical appointments, community access, providing companionship
- Assisting with aids: frames, wheelchairs, hoists, slide sheets, hearing aids, etc.
- Monitoring the overall wellbeing of clients, recognising and reporting change with a client appropriately.

What We Need From You:
- A passion in caring and supporting people to live their best lives
- Always respectful and polite while upholding professional boundaries of being friendly and not friends
- Current driver licence and your own insured vehicle – travel is a part of the role
- Completed a Certificate III in Aged, Community or Disability or are willing to obtain
- Covid-19 Vaccinated
- Current NDIS Worker Screening/Yellow Card – or – Current National Police Check and be willing to obtain NDIS Worker Screening
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate of Completion
- You have the right attitude and you take each day as it comes as some clients can be challenging but you don’t take it personally.
- Delays in your day can make you feel flustered, but you know to shake it off before you greet the next client.
