Entracon Civil Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced and motivated Project Manager to join our team, delivering challenging civil infrastructure projects across Victoria, New South Wales and Western Australia.
Based in Melbourne, this position offers flexibility for Fly-In Fly-Out (FIFO) or Drive-In Drive-Out (DIDO) arrangements for projects in NSW and WA.

About the Role
We are looking for a capable, hands-on Project Manager to take responsibility for the successful delivery of civil construction projects from planning through to completion.
Working closely with our Directors, Engineers, Supervisors and site teams, you will manage project delivery, resources, budgets, programs and client relationships.
This role will suit someone who enjoys being involved in the day-to-day running of projects, can confidently manage multiple priorities and has the experience to deliver quality outcomes in challenging environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage civil construction projects from commencement through to completion.
- Oversee project planning, programming, budgets, cost control and financial performance.
- Coordinate site personnel, subcontractors, suppliers, plant and resources.
- Manage project contracts, variations, progress claims and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental and quality requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants and stakeholders.
- Provide leadership and support to Project Engineers, Supervisors and site teams.
- Identify and resolve construction challenges to maintain project progress.
- Monitor project performance to ensure works are delivered safely, on time and within budget.
About You
We are seeking a practical, organised and results-driven Project Manager with proven experience in civil construction.
To be successful, you will ideally have:
- A degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated experience managing civil infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, project programming, budgeting and contract administration.
- Experience managing multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors and project resources.
- Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
- A sound understanding of WHS, environmental and quality management requirements.
- The ability to work independently, make sound decisions and manage competing priorities.
- Experience with water infrastructure, bulk earthworks, dams, reservoirs, pipelines or similar civil works will be highly regarded.
- A current driver's licence and willingness to travel interstate as required.
