Enlarge Living is seeking a passionate Support Coordinator in Speers Point, NSW to help people with disability achieve their goals through person-centred planning and capacity building.
You will assist with NDIS plans, coordinate supports, and connect clients to services while promoting inclusion, choice and independence within the Hunter region. Travel within the Hunter and Central Coast may be required.
