Client Experience Officer / Receptionist in Brisbane

Enhanced Movement is a premium Physiotherapy & Exercise Physiology practice, specialising in providing high quality care to our community across the Brisbane Area. Due to our high demand, we are looking for a passionate Admin/Reception team member to provide outstanding client experiences and assist in helping people to move well and feel great again!

• A casual reception position of approximately 15-20 hours per week is available in our Coorparoo clinic.

Your role will focus on providing exceptional reception care to our amazing clients, supporting and articulating their needs to relevant practitioners, doctors or care coordinators. The successful applicant will engage with clients and ensure their visit is first class, which includes encouraging clients to enjoy coffee, herbal tea and attending to their needs.

You will be responsible for assisting the practice manager and taking over reception duties as required, which may sometimes be at short notice. You will also demonstrate our values and culture daily with clients and other team members, working closely with the team to ensure a happy, cohesive work environment.

Success Profile:

The successful applicant will need to be available to either start early (7am) or finish late (7pm) - not both.
