About the Role We are seeking an experienced Fabricator / Boilermaker to join a busy and growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a well established business delivering high quality fabrication and maintenance services across a range of industries.
Based in Townsville, this role offers a mix of workshop and site based work, providing variety and long term opportunities for skilled tradespeople.
Key Responsibilities
- Fabrication and assembly of structural steel and components
- Read and interpret workshop drawings and specifications
- Perform MIG, TIG and Stick welding as required
- Operate fabrication equipment and hand tools
- Maintain high standards of workmanship and safety
- Comply with workplace procedures, WHS requirements and quality standards
About You
- Trade qualified Fabricator / Boilermaker
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
- Strong fabrication and welding skills
- Commitment to safety and quality workmanship
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
