- End-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates.
- Manage and grow client relationships, while developing new business opportunities.
- Deliver excellent candidate care to maintain ETA's strong industry reputation.
- Build resilience, confidence, and sales capability in a fast-paced environment.
What We're Looking For
- Trainee: Strong communication skills, sales or customer service background, and a driven mindset.
- Consultant: Recruitment experience (blue-collar trades highly regarded, but all sectors considered) with proven ability to manage clients and candidates.
- Senior: Demonstrated track record in recruitment and B2B sales, with leadership potential.
- Across all levels: A resilient, results-focused, and positive attitude is a must.
