- Competitive hourly rates:
- Day shift: $33.05 per hour
- Afternoon shift: $38.01 per hour
- Night shift: $42.97 per hour
- Consistent full-time hours – 38+ hours per week
- Monthly rostered day off (RDO)
- Monday–Friday day and afternoon shifts
- Sunday–Thursday night shifts
- Full training provided during paid hours

About the role
You'll be working as part of a production team manufacturing aluminium products. Duties will vary depending on your work area and may include:
- Assisting with the production and assembly of aluminium and glass products
- Packing, sorting and preparing products for dispatch
- Loading and unloading materials and finished products
- Operating basic machinery following training
- Performing quality checks to ensure products meet required standards
- Maintaining a clean, organised and safe work area
- Following workplace health and safety procedures

- Reliable transport and your own vehicle to get to Eagle Farm
- Availability to commence as soon as possible
- Full personal protective equipment (PPE)
- A strong work ethic and reliable attendance

- An interest in ongoing, potential long-term employment
- Previous factory, manufacturing or warehouse experience will be highly regarded, but not essential – full training is provided.
