We are seeking a reliable and motivated Loader Operator to join a waste management facility in Morningside.
This role involves operating a de-packaging plant and organics plant, with potential front-end loader and forklift duties.

Key Responsibilities
- Operate the de-packaging and organics plants.
- Perform front-end loader and forklift duties as required.
- Carry out general plant cleaning and housekeeping.
- Undertake pressure washing and maintain a clean work environment.
- Operate plant, vehicles and equipment safely in accordance with training, procedures and site requirements.
- Follow all workplace health and safety policies and procedures.
- Maintain a professional attitude and contribute to a positive team environment.

- Experience operating a front-end loader.
- Forklift experience or a current forklift licence.
- Previous experience in the waste management industry.
Training may be provided to suitable candidates who demonstrate the right attitude and willingness to learn.
Pre-Employment Requirements
Successful applicants must complete the required WH&S training before commencing work and present their certificate to the site manager on arrival.
