Enertia Talent is looking for a Principal Consultant to join our energy, renewables, and infrastructure division. We work across the energy supply chain with strong relationships across transmission, distribution, renewables, storage, and EVs. You’ll join a close-knit, experienced team with deep sector knowledge, long-standing client partnerships, and a strong reputation built on trust, delivery, and a genuine passion for the industry. You'll work closely with the Executive Director and play a key role in building out the future workforce powering Australia’s energy transition.

What you'll be doing:
- Recruit high-impact talent across energy and infrastructure – retained and contingent.
- Partner with new and existing clients to understand hiring needs and build relationships.
- Deliver on roles across the project lifecycle – from origination to FID.
- Be supported by strong brand content, a podcast, and marketing that helps you open doors and add value.
- Help shape a growing function with influence and purpose.

- Experience in recruitment or commercial roles ideally with an interest in energy, infrastructure or ESG.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
