We're looking for a proactiveOperations Assistantto support our national Scheduling team. If you thrive on coordination, love a fast-paced environment, and have sharp attention to detail - this is for you.
What you'll do:
- Manage work orders, job tracking & system updates
- Coordinate subcontractors & job readiness
- Keep workflows moving and flag delays early
- Jump in where needed to support the team
What you'll bring:
- Experience in scheduling, admin or coordination
- Strong organisation & time management
- Confident communicator with a solutions mindset
- High attention to detail & system accuracy
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities
- SimPro or similar experience (a bonus)
- Solar installation or the construction industry experience (a bonus)
