At Energy Power Systems Australia (EPSA), our team members work together to design, deliver and support the energy solutions industries depend on. From defence and data centres to mining operations, utilities and major infrastructure projects, the work we do keeps essential operations running. As the Cat® engine dealer for Australia, Papua New Guinea and the Solomon Islands, EPSA provides world‑class power solutions backed by global innovation and local expertise.

We're looking for a commercially minded Digital Marketing & Performance Specialist to help build and elevate EPSA's digital marketing capability. This is a hands‑on role where you'll own digital analytics, website performance, campaign tracking, SEO, conversion optimisation and digital reporting, while also executing digital campaigns across web, email and social channels. Working closely with the Head of Marketing and Customer Experience, Sales teams, business stakeholders and external partners, you'll turn data and customer behaviour into actionable insights that improve marketing effectiveness, lead generation and customer engagement.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys both strategy and execution and wants to make a visible impact across a complex national business.

Key responsibilities:

  • Own Google Analytics 4, Search Console and digital performance measurement
  • Monitor, analyse and optimise website, search and conversion performance
  • Plan and execute digital campaigns across paid, organic, social, email and website channels
  • Develop dashboards, reporting and insights that support business decisions
  • Drive SEO initiatives and website optimisation activities
  • Create and optimise digital content, landing pages and customer journeys
  • Establish testing and continuous improvement practices across digital marketing
  • Partner with stakeholders and agencies to improve digital performance and customer outcomes

What you’ll bring:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Analytics, Communications or a related discipline, or equivalent experience
  • Experience in a B2B, industrial, engineering or technical environment
  • Demonstrated experience in a hands‑on digital marketing role with responsibility for analytics, campaign execution and optimisation
  • Strong experience with Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, SEO and digital performance reporting
  • Experience managing and optimising digital campaigns across web, email, social and paid channels
  • Experience driving conversion optimisation and customer journey improvements
  • Experience working with cross‑functional stakeholders and external agencies
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into practical recommendations
  • Demonstrated curiosity and capability in applying AI and emerging digital technologies to improve marketing outcomes.

Highly regarded:

  • Experience with marketing automation, content management systems and digital advertising platforms
  • Understanding of how AI is influencing search, content discovery and digital marketing performance
  • Experience working with complex sales cycles and technical products or services
  • Exposure to conversion rate optimisation (CRO), attribution modelling and advanced analytics
  • Experience partnering with Sales teams and commercial stakeholders

At EPSA, our team members are trusted to solve complex challenges and deliver real outcomes for customers across Australia. We believe great work happens when people feel supported, valued and connected to the impact of what they do, and when teams work together with integrity, accountability and care — the EPSA values that shape how we work every day.

We offer:

  • Structured onboarding and development through Cat® University
  • Paid birthday leave and volunteer leave
  • Team member recognition and service awards
  • Referral program incentives
  • Retail and health insurance discounts
  • Novated leasing options
  • Paid parental leave
  • Learning and development opportunities
