This is a newly launched, institutionally backed renewable energy platform developing, owning and operating solar, battery storage and flexible gas assets across Australia and New Zealand. With a substantial development pipeline, contracted hyperscale PPAs, and live M&A activity, the business is growing fast and the finance function is being built from the ground up.
We're looking for a Senior Accountant to join a lean Melbourne-based finance team, reporting directly to the Finance Controller.
What you'll do:
• Month-end close across multiple SPVs
• Intercompany accounting and reconciliations
• Capex tracking and cost capitalisation
• Cash flow support and reporting
• Audit, GST/BAS compliance
• Process improvement and controls - building from scratch
What we're looking for:
• CPA or CA qualified with 4-7+ years of experience
• Strong multi-entity accounting background
• Experience in infrastructure, renewables or project finance environments preferred
• Hands-on, proactive, and comfortable operating in a lean, high-growth team
