We are looking for a
Site Manager experienced in running multiple projects to add to our supervisory team.
- The scope of this role includes;
- Overseeing up to 6 projects at any one time including scheduling, client liaison, trade liaison, site management and more
- Keeping clients informed on construction progress and updates
- Being in charge of your own sites, however, still being part of a high performing supportive team
- Being the onsite face of the company and managing the quality of the finished product throughout the entire process

- You will have experience in a low to mid size residential construction company ideally experienced in all facets of construction, a willingness to learn and produce great results.

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to deal with both subcontractors and clients
- High level attention to detail
- An ability to problem solve and take initiative on site
- Know the building code and know how to identify site non compliance
- Ensuring projects are completed to contract guidelines, on time and within budget
- Monitoring, scheduling and tracking project progress
- Willingness to work on the tools on occasion to get the job done
- Planning work activities and quality checks
- Completing quality assurance on the job
- Organising trades and materials to ensure maximum productivity
- Ensure safety policy and procedures on site
- Very comfortable using technology, and an ability to learn new software and apps quickly. Ability to troubleshoot a huge bonus (we do provide training in our software)
