Endurance Mining is seeking a Paste Fill Leading Hand to lead a small crew at Abra Mine, 220km north of Meekatharra.
You will install, maintain and QA paste fill systems, while mentoring junior crew and upholding safety at a remote WA site.
You will report to the UGM and Backfill Superintendent/Engineer, bringing 3–5+ years of Leading Hand experience, strong leadership, and a hands-on approach to safely delivering high-quality underground works.
