What you’ll be doing
- Performing a range of massage, facial, and body treatments
- Creating a warm, professional and memorable experience for every client
- Recommending suitable treatments and products
- Working towards KPIs, incentives and team goals
- Maintaining high treatment and hygiene standards
- Working as part of a supportive and positive team
About you
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Confident and passionate about beauty
- Friendly, professional and reliable
- Naturally client-focused and enjoys making people feel comfortable
- Motivated by KPIs, rewards and achieving goals
- Eager to learn and develop their skills
- A positive team player with a strong work ethic
- Waxing experience is preferred, but not essential
Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who is excited to work with clients, enjoys being part of a team and wants to build a career in the beauty and wellness industry.
