Endeavour Group is driving one of Australia’s most exciting retail and data transformations across our national drinks network (Dan Murphy’s, BWS) and hospitality portfolio (ALH hotels). Sitting at the engine room of our growth is MixIn, our award-winning retail media business operating at the intersection of retail, media, and technology.

As a Data-Led Senior Product Manager within our Data & AI (D&AI) function, you will shape how first-party customer insights translate into scalable media products, self-service tools, and market-leading Go-To-Market strategies. • Stakeholder Strategy Alignment: Bridge technical data teams with internal business stakeholders from initial design concepts through to final execution.
  • Backlog Value Prioritisation: Aggressively prioritise backlog opportunities to solve high-impact problems, tracking success against revenue and CODB performance OKRs.
  • Commercial P&L Management: Manage product P&Ls, track attributable outcomes, and lead vendor selection processes when evaluating build-versus-buy solutions.
  • Strategic Dependency Balancing: Collaborate with peer product managers to balance cross-team dependencies and align short-term delivery with long-term D&AI strategy.

Qualifications

Now let’s talk about you:

  • Data AI Expertise: 5+ years of experience building and scaling Data, AI, and analytical products to solve complex business problems.
  • Product Development Mastery: 5 to 10 years of experience in Customer or Digital Product Development, with background in Retail Media or AdTech highly advantageous.
  • Agile Framework Fluency: Demonstrated success working within agile organisations and leading cross-functional delivery teams.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration Strengths: Outstanding communication skills with a proven ability to build strong, collaborative relationships across diverse teams.
  • Strategic Prioritisation Focus: Proven ability to balance short-term feature delivery while supporting overarching departmental and business roadmaps.
  • Vendor Evaluation Skills: Hands-on experience in competitor product research, vendor selection, and build-or-buy decision frameworks.
  • Retail Sector Experience: Prior experience in the Retail or Hospitality sectors will be highly regarded.
