Responsibilities

  • Ensure all venue trading hours, menus, contact details, event schedules, and offer mechanics are 100% accurate and updated across all owned platforms.
  • Monitor local venue social channels, responding promptly to guest enquiries and engaging with community audiences in a timely, brand-aligned tone of voice.
  • Create and adapt localised digital content using approved templates, brand assets, and local photography or key trade moments.
  • Ingest campaign toolkits, approved key art, and offer mechanics from the Campaign Delivery team, scheduling accurate digital deployment across owned channels.
  • Execute local community initiatives, sports club sponsorships, and business partnerships in line with established frameworks, coordinating promotion, signage, and local event support.
  • Track and manage execution requests within internal workflow platforms to meet service level agreements (SLAs), while ensuring all published content strictly adheres to brand standards, privacy laws, ABAC, RSA, RSG, and state gaming regulations.

  • Hands-on experience with Meta Business Suite, Google Business Profile, CMS platforms (such as WordPress or similar), and social media management/scheduling.
  • Meticulous attention to detail regarding spelling, dates, pricing, offer mechanics, and platform information accuracy.
  • Strong understanding of optimisation techniques and using data to inform plans and drive community engagement.
