Endeavour Group's Burnie Hotel is seeking a Venue Support Officer to help run daily operations, handle guest inquiries by phone, email and in person, and ensure POS and data accuracy. You’ll maintain employee records and support the venue team during peak trade.
You’ll safeguard privacy, manage stock control and reviews of venue reports with the Management Team, and contribute to audits, compliance and loss prevention in a friendly, frontline hospitality role built on teamwork and excellent service.
