We're on the hunt for a REAL Venue Manager, someone who lives and breathes hospitality, leads from the front, and brings locals together by creating pub experiences they love.
Known internally as a Publican - i n the world of Pubs, leadership is the art of turning strangers into friends and friends into loyal guests.
A day in the life of a Publican
- You know the locals by name, they reckon you're one of their own, all while keeping a sharp eye on the P&L.
- You run the place like it's your own modern-day home, keeping things safe, smooth, and compliant.

- You put out fires before anyone even notices there was smoke.
- You bring the vibe, the service, and the smiles – every shift, every day.
Inherent requirements
This is a hands-on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e. g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries).
Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.

Hold current industry RSA and RSG/RCG qualifications as per state requirements
