- What you\'ll be doing
- Planning and implementing engaging, developmentally appropriate educational programs that stimulate children\'s learning and development
- Create a nurturing, safe and inclusive environment where children can learn and play
- Build strong relationships with families, communicating regularly.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant childcare regulations and Service policies
- Contribute to a collaborative team environment and participate in professional development
- What we\'re looking for
- A relevant early childhood qualification, like a Diploma of Children\'s Services or studying towards.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children and families
- A genuine passion for early childhood education and gaining more knowledge around child development.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask.
- A current First Aid certificate, including CPR, a National Child Safety Foundation Certificate and a valid Working with Children Check.
