Business Development Manager – Healthcare & Strategic Partnerships
Empower Community Health Care Services – Sydney CBD NSW
Based in Sydney, you will lead business development and strategic partnership opportunities across NSW. You will build trusted relationships with healthcare providers, understand their workforce challenges and develop commercially sound solutions in collaboration with our internal teams.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, pursue and secure new business, contracts and strategic partnerships
- Build relationships with hospitals, in-home aged care providers, government agencies and industry bodies
- Develop healthcare workforce partnerships and regional employment pathways
- Lead proposals, tender opportunities and commercial negotiations
- Work with compliance, operations and training teams to align partnerships with service capability and regulatory requirements
- Manage your pipeline, meet agreed targets and report outcomes to leadership
About you
- Extensive business development or strategic partnership experience within healthcare, aged care, nursing, allied health or workforce development
- Established industry networks and strong stakeholder management skills
- Commercial judgement and demonstrated success negotiating and securing partnerships, contracts or tenders
- The initiative to work autonomously and the ability to collaborate across teams
- A valid NSW driver's licence and willingness to travel statewide
