Through therapeutic case management, frontline coaching, and collaborative care planning, you'll help create meaningful and lasting outcomes for young people and their support networks.

What You'll Bring
- Cert IV or Diploma in Community Services, Youth Work, Social Work or similar (or currently working towards)
- Proven case management and strong stakeholder engagement skills
- Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to lead, mentor and develop a team
- Strong knowledge of trauma-informed and therapeutic care practices
- Ability to oversee service delivery, promote consistent practice and drive positive outcomes for young people
- Strong documentation, organisational and compliance capabilities
- Current driver's licence and required probity clearances

What You'll Be Doing
- Lead and review case plans to achieve therapeutic, cultural, and individual goals
- Coach and support frontline staff to embed therapeutic strategies in everyday care
- Engage with families, carers, and external agencies to ensure aligned and positive outcomes
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with relevant standards and legislation
- Promote safe, nurturing, and culturally respectful environments for children and young people
- Support the delivery of trauma-informed, evidence-based care practices across services
