We're looking for a versatile Graphic and Multimedia Designer to join our Brand & Marketing team at Possability Group. This is a full-time, 6-month opportunity with the possibility of extending. You'll enjoy a hybrid working arrangement, spending 2-3 days a week collaborating with the team at our West Footscray office, with the option to work remotely on the remaining days.
What you'll be doing:
- Creating engaging designs across print, digital, social media, campaigns and events.
- Editing video, developing motion graphics and creating animated content for digital channels.
- Helping shape creative concepts and bringing ideas to life across different formats.
- Working with existing footage and creative assets to produce polished, engaging content.
- Collaborating with other designers, Marketing, Communications and teams across the business.
- Bringing fresh ideas, asking questions and finding creative ways to solve problems.
- Helping keep our brands consistent, accessible and looking their best.
What you'll bring:
- Around 2-5 years' experience in graphic design, multimedia design or a similar creative role.
- Strong Adobe Creative Cloud skills, particularly InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop, plus Premiere Pro and/or After Effects.
- A good eye for typography, layout, colour and composition.
- Experience designing for both print and digital, with skills in video editing and motion graphics.
- Creative curiosity. You're someone who thinks beyond the brief and isn't afraid to suggest a better way.
- The ability to juggle different projects, adapt when priorities change and work well with others.
- A portfolio that shows your creative thinking, versatility and the work you're proud of.
- Experience in the not-for-profit, disability or community services sector is a bonus, but not essential.
