This role involves:

Key responsibilities include:
- Push creative boundaries with AI - Use AI to unlock new ideas, workflows, and creative outcomes.
- Think in motion - Understand how things move, feel, and flow.
- Collaborate like a pro - Work closely with other creatives, marketers, and product folks.
- Push the brand, don't just follow it - Help evolve our brand toolkit and suggest fresh takes.
To thrive at Employment Hero, you'll need to embody The EH Way - operating with focus, agility, and an obsession with impact. For this role, you'll also bring:
- 3-5 years of design experience, ideally split between agency and in-house.
- A folio that is smart, stunning, brand-led, and digital-first.
- Ability to spot good design and back it up with intentional decisions.
- Experience with AI in your workflow.
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, with knowledge of After Effects or Premiere Pro.
- Experience in motion design.
- Design experience across various mediums: digital, socials, ads, web, email, OOH, print, merch, events.
- Understanding of UX/UI principles.
- A curious, proactive, and fearless approach to trying fresh ideas.
