Communications and Content Lead – Remote in Adelaide

This role involves leading regional strategy and implementation for Employment Hero’s largest and most established market, Australia and New Zealand. You’ll own the ANZ communications and content program end to end, from earned media and agency relationships through to the content that supports our marketing KPIs across the region. Driving earned coverage is central to this role, and that means building Employment Hero’s authority across traditional media and new media alike.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Communications & Content Strategy: Lead the ANZ communications and content strategy, prioritising the stories, campaigns and content that build Employment Hero’s reputation, credibility and commercial results in market.
• Messaging & Narrative Consistency: Own consistent messaging and narrative across communications and content.
• Integrated Campaign PR: Lead PR for integrated campaigns and activations, including major brand campaigns.
• Earned Media: Lead all media relations and earned coverage in ANZ.
• Content Leadership: Own the ANZ content strategy and oversee all content in market.
• Agency Management: Manage our PR agency relationships in-market.
• Data & Insights: Use Employment Hero’s own data to tell credible, well-sourced stories.
• Executive Profile: Support media opportunities and local engagement for Employment Hero’s spokespeople.
• Issues Management: Be the first point of contact for anything reputationally sensitive in media for ANZ.
• Reporting: Work with the Communications Manager to track and report on coverage and campaign results.
• Team Leadership: Manage the ANZ content marketing team.
• Stakeholder Management: Work closely with the Communications Manager and the wider global communications team.
