An Adelaide logistics business needs two qualified tradespeople for its expanding workshop: a pair of permanent, full-time Diesel Mechanic / Trailer Mechanic positions.

- Maintain, service and repair the fleet of heavy diesel trucks and semi-trailers
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, braking and suspension faults and complete the repairs
- Deliver scheduled servicing and preventative maintenance
- Repair air brake systems, axles, wheel bearings, landing legs and trailer components
- Conduct safety inspections that meet NHVR compliance and record each job in maintenance records and reports
- Balance efficient work with high-quality workmanship
- A trade qualification as a Heavy Diesel Mechanic, or equivalent
- Previous work on heavy vehicles and trailers
- Strong skills in diagnostics and fault-finding
- Experience maintaining trailers and air brake systems
- Able to work both independently and in a team
- An HC/MC driver's licence is an advantage
- A solid work ethic
