What you will be doing
As a Service Technician Plumber for Culligan, you will be performing installs, services, repairs & maintenance of filtered boiling and chilled water systems which requires demonstrated troubleshooting ability and general technical experience.
- Troubleshooting using service manuals, computerised diagnostics & general technical experience.
- Conducting diagnostics for repairs and complete assessment for customers.
- Liaising with Customer Care Coordinators to ensure jobs are completed and if required follow up and further appointments arranged.

What we are looking for
- Qualified Plumber
- Experience as a Field Service Technician or similar technical role (water systems, coffee machines, appliances, refrigeration, etc) - desirable but not essential
- Strong fault finding and diagnostic skills
- Comfortable working independently in the field to achieve efficient issue resolution
- Great communication and customer service skills
- Full Australian drivers licence
