We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Scaffolder to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for erecting, dismantling, and maintaining scaffolding structures on various job sites across Sydney.
Key Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine scaffolding requirements
- Erect and dismantle scaffolding structures according to safety standards and company procedures
- Ensure all scaffolding materials and equipment are in good working condition
- Perform regular safety inspections and maintenance on scaffolding structures
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient and timely completion of projects
- Communicate with clients and contractors to understand project requirements and address any concerns
- Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures at all times
- Keep accurate records of scaffolding materials and equipment usage
- Attend training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Scaffolder
- Valid scaffolding certification or license
- Strong understanding of safety regulations and procedures
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Good physical fitness and ability to work at heights
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to work on various job sites across Sydney
