The Role
An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced career Paralegal to join a highly regarded Workers Compensation team within a boutique law firm in Sydney's west. Supporting Partners and senior fee earners, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient management of matters and delivery of exceptional client service.
Your duties will include:
- Drafting legal correspondence and court documents
- Liaise with clients, courts, and external stakeholders
- Support solicitors with litigation matters and case preparation
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Minimum 3 years Paralegal or Legal Secretary experience
- Strong Microsoft Office and document formatting skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
- The ability to manage competing priorities and work to tight deadlines
- A proactive attitude and strong commitment to delivering high quality work

- Salary ranging from $80,000 - $110,000, depending on experience
