Emmanuel College and Josiah College on the Gold Coast are seeking an experienced and practical Property Manager to lead the Building, Maintenance and Repairs team across two campuses.
You will oversee safety, presentation and continuous improvement of facilities, manage preventative and reactive maintenance, coordinate contractors, and work closely with College leaders to support teaching, events and day-to-day operations. Commencement is targeted for 06 October 2026.
