No experience in insurance or construction is required as full training will be provided, however we welcome people with experience to also apply. The ideal candidate will be someone who is enthusiastic, driven and motivated to have a career in the insurance industry.
The successful applicant will be responsible for:
- Managing a portfolio of complex claims using expertise to negotiate a positive outcome for all parties following a period of training and development.
- Assisting the operations coordinator in relation to claims compliance.
- Providing recommendations where appropriate to benefit the Insured.
- Having the Insured’s best interest at heart and being willing to negotiate on behalf of your clients.
- Being a part of a team where you will have the setting to learn, grow and be challenged.
