- Client Experience (Approx. 50%)
- Respond to enquiries and assist prospective clients
- Follow up leads and coordinate appointments
- Check in with existing clients throughout their renovation journey
- Help ensure every client feels supported and informed
- Content & Community (Approx. 50%)
- Interview clients and share their renovation stories
- Host project walkthrough videos and site visits
- Create engaging Instagram and Tik Tok content
- Showcase transformations, families, and the people behind each project
- Ask thoughtful, homeowner-focused questions that build trust and connection
About You
We're looking for someone who is
- Warm, relatable, and approachable
- A confident communicator with clear spoken English
- Naturally curious and comfortable asking questions
- Interested in homes, design, lifestyle, property, or renovations
